Welcome to the UK Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis

volunteers who work as practicing Business Analysts as their main occupation,
whilst supporting the IIBA in their spare time.
IIBA is a community-based professional association run
by BAs for BAs.

Winner of Business Analysis Survey
The results of the inaugural UK Business Analysis Survey results will be published by the end of January however the winner of the prize draw has now been picked.
Steve Mott (Business Analyst at Balfour Beatty Living Places) had his name drawn, at random, by Marlene Leggott (IIBA UK Director). Steve wins free entry to the 2012 BA Conference Europe worth c.£1,500. Well done Steve!
The 2012’s conference will be taking place in London on the 24th - 26th September and will, once again, be packed full of enthusiastic BAs and industry experts – find out more http://www.irmuk.co.uk/ba2012/
The IIBA in the UK operates on a not for profit basis, which means that we rightly invest all the funding we receive back into running events and providing services for the benefit of our members.
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers in the Midlands and in London who could coordinate event logistics and ensure that we continue to run high quality events. According to our post-event survey’s last year, not a single attendee said that they wouldn’t attend or recommend IIBA, a fact we are incredibly proud of.
And what’s in it for you? Other than the satisfaction of pulling off events at this scale, the role provides a great way to meet people working in the Business Analysis industry: Heads of Practice, sponsoring organisations, industry leading speakers and of course Business Analysts.
If that sounds like you then please do get in touch via the instructions on the volunteering link.
